To register, you must follow the steps given below:<\/mark><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\"><strong>Pay the conference registration fee<\/strong><\/mark><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-red-color\"><strong>Complete the ICMADS&#8217;25 Registration Form (given below)<\/strong><\/mark><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>At least one author<\/strong> of each accepted paper needs to register and attend the conference for presentation to get their abstract included in the program and abstracts book.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Each registered author can present <strong>a maximum of two papers<\/strong>. Payment Policy<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>All participants (authors, co-authors, and attendees) must complete the registration and payment process to be included in the conference program and to receive participation certificates.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Payments can be made via the official payment methods indicated on the conference website (e.g., bank transfer, online payment system).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The registration fee must be received in full <strong>by the stated deadline<\/strong>. Submissions without completed payments will not be included in the conference program.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Participants are responsible for any transfer charges or bank fees related to the payment process.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>2. Refund Policy<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Requests for refunds must be submitted in writing to the Chair of ICMADS&#8217;25 at <strong>[icmadsconference@gmail.com] <\/strong>or<strong> [mehmetyavuz@erbakan.edu.tr]<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Refund eligibility is based on the following schedule:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Before 1st July 2025<\/strong> \u2013 70% refund of the registration fee.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>From 1st July to 15th July 2025<\/strong> \u2013 40% refund of the registration fee.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>After 15th July 2025<\/strong> \u2013 No refund will be issued.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>All approved refunds will be processed <strong>within 30 business days<\/strong> after the conference concludes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Refunds will be made through the original payment method, and any transaction\/bank charges will be borne by the participant.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>3. Substitutions and Transfers<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>If a registered participant is unable to attend, another person from the <strong>same submission<\/strong> may attend in their place at no additional cost.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Substitution requests must be sent in writing to the Organizing Committee <strong>at least 10 days before the conference<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>4. Non-Attendance<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>No refunds will be issued for no-shows or non-attendance at the conference, regardless of the reason.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5. <strong><strong>Important Notes<\/strong><\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Please be sure that you have written the Account Name correctly.
