The 2nd International Conference on Mathematics and Applied Data Science
April 23-25, 2027
Istanbul Beykent University, Istanbul, Turkiye

FILES
main.tex Edit this file to prepare your abstract.
icmads27.sty Conference formatting; keep beside main.tex unchanged.
README.txt Compilation and preparation instructions.
ICMADS27_LaTeX_Template_v2.pdf Compiled reference sample.

COMPILER AND FONTS
Select XeLaTeX. The actual Microsoft Arial family and Wingdings must be
available on the compilation system. Substituting Helvetica, TeX Gyre
Heros or another Arial-like font changes the layout and is not supported
in this revision. pdfLaTeX is not supported.

Font files are not included. Compile on a computer where Arial and
Wingdings are already installed, as in the Word reference environment.
For an environment such as Overleaf where the fonts are not installed,
you may use your own permitted font copies in a fonts/ subfolder, named:
  arial.ttf arialbd.ttf ariali.ttf arialbi.ttf
  wingding.ttf
The style detects that folder automatically. Do not replace these fonts
with look-alikes to make a missing-font error disappear.

LOCAL COMPILATION
  xelatex main.tex
  xelatex main.tex

PREPARING YOUR ABSTRACT
1. Change the title and author names in \ICMADSFrontMatter.
2. Move \ICMADSCorrespondingMark to the actual corresponding author.
The envelope beside that author matches the marker preceding the
corresponding-author email at the end of the document.
3. Match superscript numbers to affiliations. Edit the two example
affiliation arguments; additional lines may be inserted with \\
inside an affiliation argument as needed.
4. Replace explanatory paragraphs inside \ICMADSParagraph{...} with the
actual abstract. Use one command per paragraph. Inline math, for
   example \(D^\alpha x(t)=f(x,t)\), is supported.
5. Replace keywords, acknowledgements, references and the email address.
6. Compile, inspect the PDF and ensure that it fits on ONE A4 page,
including references. The abstract must contain at least 250 words.
7. Submit through the conference's Microsoft CMT system.

FORMATTING
The layout follows the official Word template's generated PDF: conference
header, date/location line, title, authors, affiliations, Abstract heading,
paragraph spacing, keywords, acknowledgements, references, corresponding
author marker/email, rules and website footer. Long titles and affiliation
lines wrap and move subsequent front-matter content down.

Nominal sizes: 12 pt bold title, 11 pt main text, and 10 pt affiliations,
references and corresponding-author details. The style uses the measured
Word PDF metrics for these sizes and line spacing. A Word-like line-fit
and justification pass avoids the paragraph-wide line balancing and
automatic hyphenation that caused the earlier LaTeX sample to differ.

Do not change paper dimensions, margins, fonts, spacing or conference
identity. Do not add page numbers or extra headers/footers. The sample
text is retained from the official Word file for direct comparison.

FINAL PDF AND ABSTRACTS BOOK
The reference Word and LaTeX outputs both use the page box
595.32 x 841.92 PDF points. Merge the final PDF pages without rescaling or
cropping. Add any book-wide pagination consistently after assembly.

The revised reference samples have identical text-line endings; the
largest measured baseline difference is 0.13 PDF points (about 0.046 mm).
This checks the supplied reference sample. Arbitrary author text,
equations and different font versions are not guaranteed to render
pixel-for-pixel identically in Word and TeX. Final submitted PDFs still
need an editorial check for page size, embedded fonts, overflow and
placement before the abstracts book is assembled.

If the compiler reports an Overfull box, inspect the affected line.
Shorten or rephrase content rather than reducing prescribed font sizes
or margins. Escape special LaTeX characters, e.g. \& and \%.
