Note that registration is mandatory to get talks included in the conference program. To register, you must follow the steps given below:
- Pay the conference registration fee
- Complete the ICMADS’25 Registration Form (given below)
At least one author of each accepted paper needs to register and attend the conference for presentation to get their abstract included in the program and abstracts book.
Each registered author can present a maximum of two papers. The registration fee given below covers:
- Participation in all sessions
- Conference bag and conference material(*)
- Certificate of Participation
- Abstracts Book in Soft Format
- Name tag and strap(*)
- Coffee breaks(*)
- Lunches for three days(*)
- Gala Dinner on Saturday, 30th August(*)

Payment and Refund Policy
1. Payment Policy
- All participants (authors, co-authors, and attendees) must complete the registration and payment process to be included in the conference program and to receive participation certificates.
- Payments can be made via the official payment methods indicated on the conference website (e.g., bank transfer, online payment system).
- The registration fee must be received in full by the stated deadline. Submissions without completed payments will not be included in the conference program.
- Participants are responsible for any transfer charges or bank fees related to the payment process.
2. Refund Policy
- Requests for refunds must be submitted in writing to the Chair of ICMADS’25 at [icmadsconference@gmail.com] or [mehmetyavuz@erbakan.edu.tr].
- Refund eligibility is based on the following schedule:
- Before 1st July 2025 – 70% refund of the registration fee.
- From 1st July to 15th July 2025 – 40% refund of the registration fee.
- After 15th July 2025 – No refund will be issued.
- All approved refunds will be processed within 30 business days after the conference concludes.
- Refunds will be made through the original payment method, and any transaction/bank charges will be borne by the participant.
3. Substitutions and Transfers
- If a registered participant is unable to attend, another person from the same submission may attend in their place at no additional cost.
- Substitution requests must be sent in writing to the Organizing Committee at least 10 days before the conference.
4. Non-Attendance
- No refunds will be issued for no-shows or non-attendance at the conference, regardless of the reason.
5. Important Notes
- Please be sure that you have written the Account Name correctly. Otherwise, the payment will be a failure.
- Those who intend to attend the conference without a paper (including co-authors) must also register and pay the Listener/Accompanying Person fee by the latest “Registration Deadline”.
